Mantua is one of the most beautiful Renaissance jewels in Italy. Declared a World Heritage Site in 2008 along with the nearby Sabbioneta, the city is surrounded on three sides by lakes originating from the Mincio River, which gives it a romantic and fascinating atmosphere. South of Mantua, along the right side of the Po between Quisitello and Felonica, extends the so-called “Strada del Tartufo”, an area renowned thanks to the presence of the prized white truffle, protagonist of many local events and fairs.<\/span><\/h4>\n
